The location of the hotel is excellent, being right off the two famous squares of historical Florence. It is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore other cities in Italy. the hotel is right in the center of Florence, allowing for easy access to all major sites. The rooms are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine in the room.

There is a slight smell issue on the ground floor which can be off-putting.

We loved this hotel for its fantastic location right in the middle of Florence. It was right on the Main Street, so we were close to all the big tourist attractions and within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities were great, with a tastefully decorated room that had a spacious loft-like design and parquet floors. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was well maintained during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, suggesting some great restaurants nearby and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We loved the hotel's central location, with everything within walking distance. The staff, Carolina and Fatima, were exceptional in their communication and provided helpful tips and recommendations for the city.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect – I was able to easily walk to all of the main landmarks and the train station was also close by. The service from the staff was exceptional – they were so friendly and provided excellent housekeeping. I even got a welcome drink upon arrival which was a lovely touch. The room amenities were also great, including an electric kettle for a nice cup of tea. And the flat-screen TV was a plus!

I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town and close to the main landmarks, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, especially those with the bathroom in the loft, are beautifully designed with contemporary comfort in mind. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and a great way to start the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all the major landmarks in the city. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cup of coffee and a bottle of wine, along with some snacks, which was a nice touch. The staff provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, which was extremely helpful in finding great places to eat. I had a wonderful experience at Relais Tosinghi and would highly recommend it.
